"We've had five years of customer service experience with Sunset Hearth & Home beginning with the purchase and installation of our pellet insert. Jose performs the yearly service and does a very efficient and clean job. We have a room that was an add on to the house that gets hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. Last week, Sunset Hearth & Home installed a single unit hyper heat mini split system. Again, the customer service did not disappoint. Rick and his crew did a very professional and clean installation of a top of the line unit. Our questions were answered and patient instructions were given for operating the remote control. We've been very happy doing business with them. They are honest, courteous, and professional."

"Jose Vargas immediately introduced himself upon his arrival then went to work. He worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job cleaning our stove and chimney. He answered all questions in a courteous and pleasant manner. Upon completion he cleaned up his work area, leaving no mess. We will ask for him for our next annual chimney cleaning."
