"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star ServiceHose Vargas performed the annual maintenance on my gas fireplace, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He arrived promptly and was very professional, respectfully placing a protective barrier on the floor before beginning work. Hose clearly explained the maintenance process, worked efficiently, and demonstrated strong knowledge of gas fireplaces. He also provided reassurance that my fireplace is in good working condition.When he finished, everything was clean and orderly—no cleanup was needed.Sunset Hearth also did a great job with communication, sending a text message in advance to notify me when Hose was on his way.I have used Sunset Hearth for approximately 10 years, and their service has consistently been five stars. I will absolutely continue using them for annual maintenance and will call them again if any repairs are needed before then."
