"Jose was right on time. Very polite and friendly. Jose made us laugh. Very patient with Merle. Jose let us know that we were doing the damper wrong. Also, fluffed up the door seel to make the door tighter. He put the new handle on and it works awesome. If we need anything else done, Jose will be our guy. Thank you Jose for being great."
